This is the most conventional and comprehensive model,
where we follow the project from start to finish.

budgeting & procurement
Preparation of quotations, liaison with suppliers, order management, lead-time monitoring and coordination
of deliveries.
site and installation supervision
Coordination and supervision of the different teams involved
in the execution of the project, ensuring that the proposed solutions are implemented in accordance with the design.
installation and final styling
Coordination of deliveries and installation of furniture, lighting, textiles and decorative accessories, followed by the final styling
of the space.

VIRTUAL DESIGN PROJECT
This is the ideal option for those looking for a project they
can implement at their own pace.
briefing and assessment of requirements
Video consultation to discuss the space, lifestyle, objectives, aesthetic preferences, budget and functional requirements.
The project is developed remotely based on measurements, photographs and information provided by the client.
interior design development
PDF presentation covering the development of the project’s visual concept, layout study and selection of furniture, lighting, textiles, rugs
and decorative pieces suited to both the project and the agreed budget.
technical documentation for project implementation
Preparation of the technical information required to help the client understand and implement the project. This may include floor plans, elevations, diagrams and 3D visuals.
shopping list and specifications
An organised selection of furniture, materials and product references required to bring the project to life, including
supplier information whenever applicable.

WHAT IS THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO SERVICES?
In the interior design project, we provide full support throughout the construction, orders, and assembly, while in the virtual project the process is carried out remotely
and the client is responsible for implementing the project, at their own pace.
WHAT SHOULD I SEND IN A QUOTE REQUEST?
To request a quote, please send an email to geral@ritagloria.com with a description
of the rooms you would like to include, photographs, floor plans, and (if applicable)
any furniture pieces you wish to keep.
IS THERE A COST ASSOCIATED WITH REQUESTING A QUOTE?
No, unless the client wishes the site visit to take place before approving the fees.
In that case, a travel fee may be applied, which will be deducted from the project
cost if the client decide to go ahead with the project.
DO YOU WORK ON PROJECTS ACROSS THE ENTIRE COUNTRY?
Yes, we work on projects nationwide. The only difference is that we need to plan
the site visit in advance and work more remotely.
